What is this image trying to convey? This looks to be University if I. As of January the 208 has some direct operated trips out of Riverside? Hemet? However I do know that some 208 operators (and most Commuterlinks in general) prefer University to MLK, either that or it was a local.
Sorry, I posted this from the smartphone and didn't get a chance to edit the post yet. It's a Commuterlink livery bus operating the 16 on University, from this afternoon.
